WHY DO YOU USE SOY WAX vs PARAFIN IN THE CANDLES?
I wanted to offer customers a more natural option as predominantly most factory made candles have a parafin wax base. Soy wax is simply better. It's better for the environment, meaning it is a natural and sustainable resource unlike parafin wax. It's better for your home and better for your family due to not releasing toxins. Overall Soy wax is a better performing product.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Not at this stage - as the business is still in it's relative infancy I wanted to review this and Gift cards may come in the future if there is enough interest.
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Please take extra care to read the Candle care information which comes with each candle, or refer to our candle care section on the website, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged. If goods are returned after 14 days of receipt delivery will not be refunded. Please note unless the goods are faulty the cost of returning the goods must be met by the customer.
